Shipping Policy
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS within 48 hours of when the order is received. Once shipped, delivery time is approximately 3-7 days.International Customers: ALL applicable duties, customs, tariffs, and brokerage fees must be paid by you, the recipient, upon delivery.
Return Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied you can return the product for refund LESS shipping charges. Product must NOT be used and must be in it's original condition as shipped by us.To return your item, please go to RMA page and submit Return Merchandise Authorization request, number can be issued prior to shipment. Any parcels sent back without an RMA Number clearly written on the package will NOT be accepted! The customer will be responsible for the costs of mailing returns.
Returns of any kind will not be accepted more than 7 days after the product is delivered. Returns must be in clean, unused, original condition, and received by shooopping.com within 15 days of customer receipt. No return will be accepted without proof of purchase of date of sale. We reserve the right to withhold refund until returned items have been examined.
