How can I set pre-selected shipping and billing address?
1. go to My Account
2. click View or change entries in my address book.
3. edit or add an address
4. check the Set as Primary Address checkbox
5. submit change
What are Pre-order items?
Arrival time: 1-2 weeks. Process once payment received. No waiting for closing date.
Products under “Pre-order” categories are advance order.
Subject to availability
Refund will be given if the items are out of stock.
Customers are encouraged to provide replacement products in case out of stock.
Waiting time does not include local mailing.
Additional 1-3 working days are required for local mailing.
Can I cancel the order?
Please kindly contact us for of you wish to cancel your order before making payment.
No cancellation of order after being processed. Otherwise, no refund will be given.
